- Job Title: Call Center Agents
- Job description (tasks to be undertaken):
- Handling international clients calls, chats and emails
- Identify and report problems to supervisors.
- Provided product and service information to customers.
- Manage incoming and outgoing calls at the right time
- Follow a communication “script” (a written, standard text of what should be said on the phone) when dealing with different topics
- Identifying customer needs, clarifying information, studying each problem and proposing solutions and/or alternatives.
- Social demography:
- Gender: Female & Male
- Age: 18-35 years old
- Education: University Graduate
- Language: Fluent English and French
- Location: Living in Kigali
- Functional Skills:
- Have strong computer skills.
- Have an excellent knowledge of English to talk to people on the phone
- Have a dynamic personality and deliver good customer service.
- Behaviors at work:
- Have a positive attitude to help build and grow a new business in Rwanda
- Have strong communication skills with your supervisor and with international clients.
- Teamwork - being able to support your colleagues when needed
- Have a sense of analytical decision making to guide customers to the appropriate service

- Salary: 180,000 -220,000 Frw net per month
